Researching a flexible model for education and training for junior doctors (PMCQ)

This project will research strategies that broaden the clinical, education and training opportunities for junior doctors. The project has two key functions: first, to identify barriers to the employment of additional interns arising from current education and training requirements for medical registration; and secondly, to research and develop a flexible model of education and training for junior doctors which better reflects their needs in the 21st century.
